Sound Unseen music and film festival to host free concerts at Harriet Brewing

The 13th season of the Sound Unseen Film, Music & Art show is coming up fast, with events happening October 10-14.

This year, their films-about-music screenings will be paired with free live music at Harriet Brewing's Tap Room in South Minneapolis, and they've booked a promising lineup of local DJs and live acts that includes Maggie Morrison and Cecil Otter's LaLiberte, high school superstars Bomba de Luz, and rising new dance-rock band Strange Names.

In addition to these concerts, Sound Unseen is co-presenting Mark Mallman's album-release show for his new Double Silhouette, which is happening Saturday, October 13 at the Ritz Theater. 

This is all in addition to the already-announced lineup of films that will be screened at the Trylon Microcinema and Ritz Theater, including documentaries about Rick Springfield, Bad Brains, Charles Bradley, and more. Find the full schedule of Sound Unseen film screenings here.
