If 2013 has taught us anything about Prince, it's that there's no way to predict what he might do next. He could release a new song without warning; invite fans to Paisley Park for a last-minute pajama party, complete with pancakes; Livestream a rehearsal at Paisley for the world to see; or simply show up to a Janelle Monae concert and wave his cane in the air from the balcony.

You just never know.

So when Prince's @3rdEyeGirl account tweeted late in the day Friday that there would be an "INTERVIEW WITH 3RDEYEGIRL LIVE ON TWITTER IN APPROX. 5 MINUTE," fans knew they'd better jump at the rare chance to ask him their burning questions.

In a two-and-a-half hour chat that was alternatively commandeered by 3rdEyeGirl's drummer Hannah Ford, bassist Ida Nielsen, guitarist Donna Grantis, and Prince himself, fans got a gilmpse into a very purple and pun-filled world, and a few hints at what he and his band might do next.

The band mentioned that they are currently at Paisley Park (Prince even wandered away from the Q&A for a while to go work in his studio), but that they have some big plans in the works for 2014.
