On May 20, Icehouse is hosting an XTC tribute: Senses Working Overtime 3. This ode to Brit-pop band XTC will feature performances by Al Church, Faith Boblett, John Eller, Michael Ferrier, and many more Twin Cities all-stars. The event benefits the Pay it Forward Cancer Research Fund at North Memorial Hospital.

This coming show will be Icehouse’s third salute to XTC. In previous years the event has featured performances by Adam Levy, Wendy Lewis, Chris Lynch, John Munson, Jenny Russ, Joel Sayles, Tom Scott, and Faith Boblett.

Partnered with the North Memorial Foundation, the Pay it Forward Fund aids patients at North Memorial, Unity, Mercy, Maple Grove, Ridgeview, and New River Medical Centers. All funds collected serve to pay basic living expenses of women recovering from breast and other women’s cancers.
