It's no secret that Atmosphere's Slug and the rest of the Rhymesayers crew are fans of the young St. Paul rapper and vocalist Dem Atlas. They signed the breakout rapper when he barely had any recorded music to his name, and tapped him to join their team on the Welcome to Minnesota tour and other dates around the country.

Now, Atmosphere are putting Dem Atlas front and center in a whole new way: By collaborating with him on their new single, "Finer Things," a joyful, classic rock-inspired summer jam that leans more toward the young artist's sensibilities than anything else Slug and Ant have produced recently. It's also a great spotlight of Dem Atlas's voice, which bounces with a sunny cadence over the jangly beat. By the time Slug starts rapping, we're already hooked.
