Bonus Friday Five: Bob Mould, Bully, and more Summit Backyard Bash artists

by Cecilia Johnson

September 09, 2016

This weekend, Summit is throwing their 30th-anniversary Backyard Bash, and it promises to be a very good time.

The cash-only, rain-or-shine party will feature food from Anchor Fish & Chips, World Street Kitchen, Black Forest, Pizza Lucé, and more. Beer-wise, they promise "all of our year-round relases, plus Oktoberfest, our 2016 special release Hop Merger White IPA, two of the 30th Anniversary Series beers — Keller Pils and West London-Style Ale, 2015 vintage Old Blaggard Barleywine, and multiple casks of West London-Style Ale, Oatmeal Stout and Sága IPA.

And that's just the food and drink. The jamboree also features six local artists — Nooky Jones, Apollo Cobra, Bad Bad Hats, deM atlaS, Bully, and Bob Mould — who will perform behind the brewery (910 Montreal Circle, St. Paul). Set times and much more information are available on Summit's event page.

Before hitting the brewery tomorrow, get to know the Backyard Bash artists in our bonus Friday Five.
