Crunchy Kids, "Wrong Medicine"

Crunchy Kids, “Wrong Medicine”

The kids are back! Eric Mayson, Chance York, Marcus Skallman, and Eric Burton just dropped this trippy video — actually a compilation of still photographs from Peter Jamus — and are drumming up excitement for their opening slot at First Avenue on Jan. 21.

Twin Cities trap sounds good in this Jake Handegard/Morningside Films video by Mike Dreams. Watch for his album Pardon My Vices on Dec. 16.

Destiny Roberts, “Free Your Mind (feat. Nsikak)”

Destiny Roberts kneads together hip-hop and neo-soul in “Free Your Mind.”

Massive Amounts of Good, “Chef Lucas”

When 12-year-old Lucas was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, he used his Make-A-Wish opportunity to serve others for free from a food truck. Over a year later, he’s now a cancer survivor, and he’s started going by Chef Lucas. Non-profit Massive Amounts of Good teamed up with new project ChefLucasFood to create this funky video about his story.

Monkey Warhol, “It’s Warhol Actually”

How cool is it to have a fan make a video for your music? Monkey Warhol could tell you. The electronic artist’s The Darwin LP compilation has earned him some strong momentum; Braden Howard decided to pay tribute to his work with this video.
